Terms
The terms a clinic accepts when it creates a PepProto workspace.
What the platform is
PepProto is an operational and engagement layer for a clinic: treatment plans, protocol templates, intake, tracking, messaging and a patient portal. It is not an electronic medical record and it is not your medical record of truth. It sits alongside the systems you already keep.
Clinical responsibility stays with the clinic
Every clinical decision is the licensed provider’s. AI output is a draft: a provider reviews, edits and approves it before a patient ever sees it. The platform does not diagnose, does not prescribe, and never finalizes dosing — dosing comes from a clinic’s own approved baselines or from reference ranges a provider verifies, and the approval step is enforced on the server.
Your account
You must be authorized to create a workspace for your clinic, keep credentials confidential, and grant access only to people entitled to see the records in it. You are responsible for what your users do with the account.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to store data you have no right to hold, to attempt to reach another clinic’s records, or to present AI output to a patient as if a provider had reviewed it.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is while in active development. Material changes to these terms will be announced to workspace owners. Questions go to hello@pepproto.com.
